Dear Students,

The Annual Examination for the academic year 2020–21 will commence on 12 March 2021. Students are requested to prepare well for the exam.

Instructions for parents and students: online safety

Internet safety (online safety, cyber safety or e-safety) means maximising personal safety and protecting private information and property while using the internet. Please follow these netiquette guidelines during online classes, and parents are requested to help and monitor their wards:

1. Keep personal information professional and limited.
2. Keep web browser privacy settings on.
3. Make sure your internet connection is secure; use a secure VPN connection.
4. Be careful what you download.
5. Choose strong passwords for your accounts.
6. Be careful what you post.
7. Be careful who you meet online.
8. Keep your antivirus program up to date.
9. Parents are requested to monitor their ward’s online classes daily.
10. Students must not share their user name and password with anyone (accounts are created at organisation level).
11. Online content – videos, presentations, notes, worksheets, question banks and assignments – must not be shared with anyone.
12. If you have trouble understanding a topic or notes, please speak or write to the concerned teacher.
13. Disciplinary action will be taken against students found absent from online classes.

Dear Parents and Students,

Schools have remained closed since 16 March 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The management has planned to conduct classes through an online platform from 15 June 2020. Parents are requested to arrange an Android phone, iPhone or laptop with internet access for live classes.

Dear Parents,

Due to the spread of COVID-19, the Government of Tamil Nadu has declared school holidays for the next 15 days, up to 31 March 2020. Students are requested to follow government preventive measures and use the holidays safely. All ongoing exams up to Grade IX are cancelled; rescheduled dates will be communicated as per government directions.
