Schedule & payment of fees
- Before a child is admitted, all fees must be paid and a No Dues certificate collected. Parents who send fees by post must produce proof of payment (a photocopy of the bank draft) at the time of joining.
- A statement of accounts is sent to all parents for each term: the 1st term by 15 May and the 2nd term by 15 October every year.
- Parents who have misplaced or not received the statement of accounts should check with the school accounts department.
- Fees can be paid to the school account by demand draft, online transfer or by scanning the school’s payment QR code. Please keep the payment proof (DD copy or transaction receipt) with you when the child rejoins after vacation.
- Non-receipt of the statement of account is not accepted as a reason for late payment; the onus is on parents to find out and pay outstanding fees on time.
- Fees are paid in two instalments: the 1st instalment before 15 May and the 2nd instalment before 15 October every year.
- Non-resident Indian and foreign students must pay the total fees at the time of admission.
- If the full year’s fees are paid at once, a concession of 2% on the total fees is given.
- Sibling concession for the whole family: ₹2,000 for two children and ₹5,000 for three children studying in the school.
Late fees
A late fee of ₹5 per day is charged for up to 15 days after the due date (up to ₹75). If fees are paid more than 15 days late, the late fee is ₹100.
